With twenty years’ experience in financial services and digital technology, and the last decade exclusively specialising in online travel insurance, she has grown from a hometown receptionist to become one of the country’s foremost experts in the Australian travel insurance space.

Natalie picked up a few things during her career in financial services and disruptive digital technology, and was determined to solve the opacity and complexity of the insurance space, which was ultimately failing both consumers and companies.

In creating Comparetravelinsurance.com.au, Natalie entered the insurance comparison market before the majority of Australian insurers were ready. Challenged with developing partnerships with big brand insurers at a time when most were content with business as usual, she persevered and changed the way customers purchase travel insurance and raised the standard of service they should expect.

Despite comparison services now being one of Australia’s most competitive online categories, Natalie remains unwavering in her mission: giving customers the best, most transparent and most convenient experience in the market.
